Würk Furniture Limited Lifetime Warranty
The Würk Furniture Limited Lifetime Warranty reflects our dedication to the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Würk Furniture promises to repair or replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any part or product that fails due to defects in design, materials, or workmanship, for as long as the original purchaser owns the item. For the purpose of this warranty, "purchaser" refers to the individual or entity acquiring a new Würk Furniture product as the initial buyer from Würk Furniture or an authorized dealer.
Exclusions from this warranty include:
- C.O.M (Customer’s Own Materials) or finishes applied to Würk Furniture products (including graded-in fabrics treated as C.O.M)
- Marble, Stone, Quartz, and Non-Standard Solid Surface materials, which are more susceptible to damage and chipping due to their natural composition
- Horizontal glass surfaces that may have bowing or dimensional variations within the ASTM C1048 Standard Specification tolerances
- Ballast and light bulbs
- Products, which are not manufactured by Würk Furniture; please refer to the original manufacturer’s warranty for these products
- Products modified or not installed or used in accordance with Würk Furniture’s guidelines or warnings
- Damage resulting from improper storage or exposure to extreme environmental conditions
- Products needing replacement due to normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse, accidents, or shipping damage
- Products used for rental purposes
- Damage resulting from use or storage in irregular or extreme environmental conditions, where a typical office environment is defined as having 65% relative humidity or less and temperatures between 64°F (18°C) and 76°F (24°C)
Warranty Durations:
- 10 years: Glass (Tempered, Laminated, Back-painted) and Glass marker boards
- 5 years: All fabric products, height-adjustable tables, moving parts (glides, slides, casters, and bases),
- 25 years Thermally Fused Laminates and High-Pressure laminates
- 5 years: Custom products, moving parts (glides, slides, casters, user-adjustable worksurface mechanisms, and bases)
- 1 year: Standard Solid Surface materials, integrated third-party electrical products (power, lighting, and hospitality equipment)
- 12 years: All seating products unless stated otherwise, free from defects in materials and workmanship
- 5 years: Lounge/Soft Seating products, fabric,
- 5 years: Electrical components (excluding power bars with USB receptacles), monitor arms
- 5 years: Lighting products
- 2 years: Power bars with USB receptacles
Würk Furniture is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages in either tort or contract. This warranty serves as the sole remedy for product defects. Würk Furniture does not provide any warranties, including express or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the express warranties outlined here.
